Staying in Jakob's beautiful apartment immediately gives you the feeling that you're a permanent Copenhagen resident. The apartment is perfectly situated on a quiet street and almost everything touristy you could want to go is no more than a 15-20 minute walk away or a quick 5 minute bus ride on the bus around the corner. Many adventures and neighborhoods are only a 5 minute walk away. If you want to have a quiet day, Nørrebro is a beautiful and lively neighborhood full of fantastic restaurants and bars (Spisebar, Sidecar, Gilt Cocktail Bar are all around the corner and it's a 5 minute walk through the beautiful park/cemetary to Jaegersborggade which has Meyers Byggeri and other delightful shops and wine bars). The apartment itself is cozy and clean with a lovely kitchen, an astonishing THREE balconies (try them all!), and the water pressure in the shower is perfect (priorities, people!). If you're planning on using the upstairs room for additional beds (meaning if you are using more than just the bedroom for sleepers) make sure to bring an eye mask--there aren't any shades up there and the sun rises early in the summer. But honestly that's a nice wake up call if you are trying to not be lazy and get out of the house earlier than I did. Jakob is also a fantastic host--he checked in with us during the week to make sure we were happy and was incredibly flexible about our very late check-out time. He also really took the time to talk to me when I checked in to make sure that I had everything I needed and talked to me about his suggestions for enjoying Copenhagen. If you're planning to stay in Copenhagen you should absolutely stay here and stay as long as Jakob will let you!

Jakob is a great host, although we didn't met him because he was away for work: communication was easy and very attentive, he organised that a friend of him welcomed us at our arrival. He also kept in touch with us for further questions. The apartment is amazing, very well equipped with everything you need. The only drop of bitterness was that we couldn't use the balconies (there are three of them!) for breakfast because of the weather. I highly recommend the apartment!

The whole place is very well setup and quickly begins to feel homely. Having a choice of balconies and a comfortable bed made for a great place to stay. It is on the 4th floor which made for a really nice balcony but pack light because the walk up can be hard with heavy bags. This home has everything you would need and is in a great part of town. Jakob was great at introducing us to his place and maintined good communication even when I was having difficulty on my end. Would highly recommend this home and host.

The apartment was very nice, just like in the picture. With nice large windows, and a well equipped kitchen, it is easy to feel at home here. Jakob was away travelling, so his mother greated us and gave us a tour of the place with a few practical tips. Jakob sent us a set of directions on how to get from the airport to the airport before we left, which was very helpful. Would recomend staying here.
