The area is quiet, safe. We normally live in the flat, our belongings are there (there's space for you too).

2 main rooms: 1 double-bedroom + large 2nd (front) room with comfortable double sofa-bed. We have a folding bed for infants available on request.

Beautiful, classy, historic, central, in a very expensive street/building (a house in need of work in this steet recently sold for 1.5m pounds), great value rental, high ceilings but a compact apartment.
The entire flat. The flat has a private entrance. Check-in/out times may be flexible by arrangement. Guest key is kept in a key safe on the property.

I am normally nearby. My family and associates are nearby/in the building.
Other things to note
The flat is clean and tidy but please be aware this is a 125-year old property.
Many shops and pubs, bars, restaurants nearby. Big park (Jesus Green) is across the street - swimming pool and kids' play-park. "The Cambridge Backs" - web search it - is just round the corner.
Tap water is safe to drink.
No pets, sorry. The entire property is no-smoking, this includes the external steps, garden, and seating area.
Sub-letting strictly not allowed. Only the guest who booked, and their fellow-guests as described in the booking, are allowed stay at the property.
Parties, loud noise/music are absolutely forbidden both in the flat and the building - in such a situation our other tenants in the building and/or our property manager will take action, the Air Bnb Booking is automatically cancelled and all guests must leave the property. The police will be involved if necessary.
There’s fast wifi and a wifi-enabled laptop for guests to use, please don’t download files or change any settings. There is no TV.
Please let us know if you do or do not need parking. We can’t be held responsible if for reasons beyond our control the parking is not available (squatters, aliens, road-works etc) not that this has ever happened.
Here’s how changeovers work: Check-in is nominally 3pm, check out 11am but we can be flexible, just let us know.
We check the place and send a cleaner in several times in the week.
However, to offer optimal arrival/departure time flexibility we ask that guests leave the place in a sufficiently tidy state that the next guest can move straight in. If something needs our attention between guests just let us know.
On arrival. If beds are made-up that means the bedding on them is clean. If not then choose/fit your bedding from storage under the beds. There’s loads.
On departure please just leave all bedding in situ 'as is" for cleaner to sort out. leave used towels in bathroom on floor.

Feel free to leave “useful” food behind for subsequent guests but not meat/perishables. Please empty your bin/recycling into the big bins behind the house. Bin bags under sink. Bins are locked, code 1515.
Bins are in the parking lot behind house. Grey for rubbish, blue for mixed recycling.
Feel free to use tea, coffee, milk, cooking products such as spices, oil etc. If there’s wine open in the kitchen or fridge it is there for you to help yourself. Help yourself to bottled water, though tap water is safe and tastes fine.
Towels and iron are also in the cupboard. Ironing board under sofa.
