This home is in a scenic location.

Our 2,500 sq ft house is your home for exploring Mill Valley, the Marin Headlands, and beyond. Four bedrooms, four baths. Simple but fully stocked kitchen. Formal dining room for eating in, lovely backyard patio for alfresco dining, or walk ten minutes to the great restaurants in the neighborhood!

The space
Upstairs:

The master is upstairs and has an attached full bath, and California King bed. One of the other upstairs bedrooms has a very small attached full bath, and full bed. This is the only bedroom with curtains. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. There is no ducting to the upstairs so heat is from electric baseboard heaters with individual thermostats in each room.

There is also a play closet upstairs where we keep the bulk of the children's toy. Feel free to make use of this small, child-size room if you have children.

Downstairs:

There is another bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed. Also downstairs are two full bathrooms, a living room and a separate TV room. Off the living room is a dining room that easily accommodates six, a basic kitchen and a piano room.

Entry Level:

The entry room is a great place to leave your shoes and jackets. On this level, there is access to the laundry room and garage.

There is parking in the driveway for up to two cars if you stagger them. There is also parking in the neighborhood but it will require you to walk about a block.

Guest access
You will have access to our entire house.

Other things to note
Please, absolutely no parties or smoking allowed in or around the house.

We have a separate, backyard cottage with a small desk and couch that is available for your use.

The property has an old treehouse and several swings for children to use at their own risk. We recommend you acquaint yourself with them before allowing your children to use them.
