The luxury holiday home is new-built, and located in the historic center of Tropea, overlooking unbelievable views of Tropea with an amazing and panoramic view on the church of S. Maria of Island. In a few step, you can arrive to the nearest beach.

The property is equipped with 1 double bedroom, 1 sofa bed for any child/adult, large fitted kitchen and bright living room/dining room and 1 bathroom, air conditioning (hot/cold), satellite TV, free public parking beside the holiday house. The house is also equipped with a large terrace with sunbeds included, everything is overlooking the sea where you can also have a romantic dinner in front of one of the beautiful sunset of Tropea with a view of Stromboli (volcano)
