Our guesthouse is 5 miles to downtown Seattle. We are one mile from the light rail, which can take you straight into Seattle. Our guesthouse is approximately 300 sq ft. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Other things to note
House is small and ideal for 2. It is set to be able to hold 4 but it will be snug. There is no interior table. Weather permitting, there is a table and 2-4 chairs on the outside patio. This house is not set up for anyone with difficulty moving in tight spaces and climbing stairs.
