The house is surrounded by nature, with no close neighbours and a 5-minute walk from the port and beaches.
The house has been renovated and fully equipped with new furniture (May 2019).

The inside house has been renovated and all furniture/equipment is new (May 2019).
It includes a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and on the mezzanine there is the bedroom with a large double bed (mattress with memory foam). The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. There is a Bluetooth speaker and a charger for a mobile phone available.
There is a large terrace with a 180 degree sea view. Very calm and restful.
