Its simply super-mini and friendly! No other guest,no host, its Yours only!Coming for a weekend or plan to have a drink at one of the cafés of Budapest?
Or just want to see Budapest's highlights? A perfect value for money place to discover Budapest, specially the Pest side of the City.
Lovely, friendly, freshly renovated super-mini studio is to rent in Budapest's 7th district neighborhood, right at the Citypark! Hotel room-size lovely flat-central location, many attractions just within walking distance.
The lovely building is located in a quiet street, just 10 minute walk from the Heroes Square and from the metro line 1.
The non smoking ministudio can accomodate up to 4 people. It consists of a room with sofa bed for 2 people ( 2 skinny one ! ) and a double bed for 2 people, a bath room with shower as well as a mini kitchen. The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and therefore to be reached with stairs,no elevator! The room overlooks the green courtyard of the building.
You will have a ministudio on Your own,for the price of one shared room in Budapest:therefore the flat is basic, but clean and quiet and friendly. Do not expect luxury,it looks exactly like on the photos.
It's super quiet, because the window is overlooking the beautiful green inner garden. You have non-stop buses to reach the "ruinpubs" (10 minutes),there is also a bus during the night! All the major sights in the city are very easy to reach. The street itself is really safe, because it is part of the diplomatic district. Really unusual, but PARKING IS FREE of charge! (until the end of July) Although the studio is really "mini",it has everything You will need during Your stay.
"Checkin" after 23.00 pm is NOT possible!
Supermarkets and a very cheap market ( fresh fruits )nearby!
Don't hesitate to ask anything.
The flat will be all Yours:). I worked as a tourguide,so ask as much as You want!
The apartment is fully equipped:
- mosquito net on the windows!
- AIR FAN to survive the summer heat!
-FREE PARKING ( until the end of July only!)
-FREE MAPS and printed info about Budapest!
-FREE shampoo and soap
-FREE hair dryer
-Blankets and sheets, complete bed linen
You can reach me any time with anything through email. I will be there, when You arrive and show You everything.
The best part about the studio is the fact, that it is appr.10 minutes to walk to the Heroes Square or the famous Széchenyi thermal bath and one can reach the downtown in 10 minutes by bus ( also during the night). I believe, that the best thing is to sleep until late (there are no neighbours!) and reach the sights easy and fast.
You have several buses through day and night to reach the Keleti railway station (two stops) or the Astoria (ruinpubs),10-15 minutes without .Széchenyi and Heroes Square simply by walk.
Its supermini,but comfortable and clean.
The flat will be all Yours. I cant wait to welcome You and help You with all the information,You need.I worked as a tourguide,so ask as much as You want!
