Hello, my name is Enrico, and I'm an architect specialising in restoration. In 2018, I made a very important decision: to live in and restore a house in Venice!
The flat I chose is located in an 18th-century building in the heart of Venice, 7 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and 13 minutes from Piazza San Marco.
The flat is split over two floors, separated by an enclosed staircase: I live on the fourth floor, while the guest bedroom and bathroom are on the third floor.
The space
The room has a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a desk. In the entrance hall, there is a refreshment area equipped with a fridge and microwave, so you can enjoy a cup of tea for breakfast or a herbal tea at the end of the day.
