Located 3 minutes walk to the bus stop "Snäckstrand south" where you can go both south on Öland and into Kalmar very easily. Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km!

Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.

The cottage is renovated and fully equipped. Great location near Kalmarsund and Färjestaden with its shops and restaurants. 3 min walk to the beach, perfect for those who like a refreshing swim!

The cottage has 25 well-planned & tastefully decorated square meters with lovely light input. Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.

In the cottage there are two single beds, tables & chairs as well as comfortable armchairs. Chromecast TV and free Wifi. Own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and towel dryer.
