Our home is a beautiful converted granary, dating from the 19th century which is a listed building with exposed timber roof trusses & beams and many other architectural features. Fully modernised to provide extremely comfortable living accommodation. Our home is in a beautiful rural location set in a stunning garden with running water & fantastic views of the surrounding hills.

The accommodation features:

3 bedrooms (1 ensuite with king size bed), 1 with double bed, and 1 with 2 single beds.

2 bathrooms ( 1 ensuite), both with showers & 1 bath

Living Room with stone fireplace & working fire, 3 piece leather suite, TV, DVD, Apple TV.

Dining room/study with dining table, computer & free wi-fi.

Fully fitted bright and airy kitchen, open plan seating area with dining table and settee, with lovely views over the landscaped garden and Vale of Clwyd beyond. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, grill, hob, & all cutlery & crockery provided.

A 5 minute walk to the village centre with shops and pubs. Ideal for couple or family holidays.

We can provide secure storage of bikes and equipment and washing facilities.

We have an interactive guide to our house and surrounding area, which can accessed either on your iPad or PC. A paper copy will also be provided in the property. We will be happy to provide this upon confirmation of booking.

The house is self contained and you have your own keys to come and go as you please, so there are no strict rules, just that you treat our house with respect. The house to be left in the same condition as it was found.

Sorry but we cannot accept pets at this property & there is no smoking.

We take a deposit of £100 as insurance against any damages which is refunded completely after you have left.

Our hosts provided clear directions, instuctions and prompt communication. The house was as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, welcoming and a relaxing place to spend time. The hosts went out of their way to make things convenient for us. The surroundings were beautiful. We woke up to horses in the field and sheep grazing. Would definitely stay here again!
