A unique space unlike anything you've seen before. Very unconventional accommodation with hand crafted features and furniture, and wild, crazy decor. Set over two levels. The downstairs living area has bean bag chairs and a dining area, a kitchenette (see details) and a WC and shower. Upstairs is a small bedroom built into the roof. The house is in a great part of town. Close to the centre and 150m from the beach IMPORTANT: Please read ALL parts of this listing BEFORE making a booking request.

The space
There are two levels connceted by a staircase. Please see important access details later regarding the staircase.
Downstairs is a living area with dining area combined, and a separate kitchenette area. In the kitchenette there is a fridge, microwave/grill, sink, kettle, toaster and crockery/cutlery (please note no hob or conventional oven).
There is a separate WC and shower.
Upstairs is the sleeping area in a small bedroom set in the roof with a window.
Please note this area has restricted height. For most of the area the height of the ceiling is 1.9m-1.95m, The but with sloping ceilings on both sides. Both the stairs accessing the bedroom and the bedroom itself will be uncomfortable for anyone over 6 feet (1.8m) tall. Please check the photos carefully
The bed is a conventional double bed with mattress (1.4m x1.9m).
The staircase that connects these two areas is significantly steeper than most staircases. The gradient is 50 degrees (Most staircases are about 42 degrees). In addition it is narrow (50cm) and the treads are shallow. There is a sturdy handrail. Please study the photos carefully to ensure that these stairs are suitable for you. They will not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues or for people who are not of a confident and adventurous nature. You need to use these stairs to access the toilet at night so bear in mind you may be using them whilst sleepy and/or perhaps after having been drinking alcohol.
The house is in a great part of Brighton. It is in a historic area called Kemp Town Village. The house is only 5 minutes walk from the centre and 150m from the sea. It is at the back of the house so there is no view of the sea.
Please note that this suite is on the 3rd floor. There is no lift.
The Maximum number of guests is 2
Guests are reminded that there is no smoking of any substances allowed anywhere in the building. No visitors are permitted to the house without prior permission. Quiet times in the house are between 23.00-09.00.
