A light spacious Cotswold barn conversion, for 2 people with panoramic views of the Cotswold countryside

Separate bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room
separate access and no shared facilities. Renovation
work is taking place indirectly opposite, 8am till 4pm Monday to Friday no work on Saturday or Sunday
The work will be inside the house and to the rear

There is no access onto the rest of the grounds, buildings or property, unless invited and accompanied by the owner.
The property is located by a working stable business and this policy is for your own safety. I'd like to make you aware that even though it is not particularly noisy, my working livery business is close to the property and whilst, I will endeavour not to disturb you on my way to work. I have dogs myself and do work countryside hours.
Various ducks turkey and chicken free roam the site as well as dogs and horses so please drive carefully.

The Cotswold Farm Park is walking distance. Lots of lovely country pubs by car. There is another Airbnb called Cotswold studio appartment in the main house which does allow dogs, please note in this loft pets are not permitted.
