FAQ

- Pool Heating Fee- we charge for pool heating to cover our additional utility costs - this is $30 per day. only needed in the autumn / winter months

- Spa heating - this is fed from the pool so is not separately heated.

- Early or late check in /out - this may be possible but not guaranteed. Please ask in advance.

Disney World - diving distance is 9 miles to Magic Kingdom

Orlando Airport - 33 miles, about 45 minutes

Universal Studios - 21 miles, about 35 minutes

Walmart - Turn Left onto Highway 27 and it is about 2 miles

Neighbourhood highlights

Our home is on a gated community to add to your security and the residents are a mixture of holidays homes and those who live there full time.
We are close to the Disney parks being just off the US192.
At Berry Town Centre - about a mile- there is a Publix supermarket as well as family(and wallet) friendly IHOP and our favourite Applebees.
There are also a variety of take-away restaurants and a bar.
Walmart is approximately 2 miles north, on the 27, from us
