A beautiful family Summer home near Lake Ontario and Fair Haven Beach State Park. Great for large groups.

The space
Summerhill”, is a secluded property nestled on 5.6 acres of mowed fields and forest in view of Little Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario. Your family or group, large or small will be surrounded by nature in a private and quiet sanctuary where your day revolves around mornings of calm and sumptuous sunsets.

Our property offers plenty of parking for your group close the cottage. We now have both a charcoal grill and a new gas grill. There are full bathrooms inside and extra showers outside. The cottage works well in the cooler seasons and is equipped with a furnace and second full kitchen in the finished basement. Please borrow our adult and children sized bicycles to get to the beach or “downtown”.

The center of the Village of Fair Haven, NY is one mile from our doorstep where you will find a grocery store, a cafe, churches, restaurants and bars.

Beautiful Colloca Estate Winery is located on the West Side of Little Sodus Bay 2.7 miles away. And the Finger Lakes wine region is only a day trip away.

Take a 1.25 mile hike at Chimney Bluffs State Park where you can take in amazing views of Lake Ontario and unusual earth formations from the top of the steep cliffs.

If you are planning on bringing a boat you can access the water on Little Sodus Bay at Fair Haven Beach State Park. There are public launches on Cottage Street near The Little Sodus Inn and King Street near Turtle Cove Marina on the west side of the bay.
