‘Les Oiseaux’, a characterful house from the 1850s, approx. 200 m², located 100 m from the sea and shops, can accommodate up to 12 people and two babies.

Located in Saint Aubin sur Mer, small family town, 5 min from Courseulles, 20 minutes from Cabourg or Arromanches and one hour from Deauville.

The space
Built in the 1850s, large character house of 200m2 located a short walk from the sandy beach of Saint Aubin sur mer (14750) and the landing beaches.

The house is composed on the ground floor:
An entrance with shoe cabinet, wardrobe, wc.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen leading to a dining table for 12 people, including:

The seven bedrooms are located upstairs, spread over two floors.
