* * ‘ONE OF THE BEST AIRBNBS IN BATH’ ** THE TIMES
Enjoy the ultimate Bath experience by staying in one of Bath’s landmark Regency Crescents. The high ceilings, full length windows & period features of this extraordinary apartment are complemented by a quiet, riverside park location, just a short, level stroll from the city centre.
With all the comforts of home, this light & spacious apartment is ideal for longer stays and has an exceptionally well equipped eat in kitchen.
The space
Immerse yourself in the world of Jane Austen by staying in an extraordinary, sweeping landmark Crescent, built between c.1793 and c.1822.
The apartment has the distinction of being on the first floor (2nd floor to my American guests) . Flats at this level are the jewels in Bath's seven world famous crescents, with decorative balconies running the entire length of the building and amazing floor to ceiling sash windows.
Aside from the impressive architecture, the great appeal of this apartment is its perfect location; despite being minutes from the centre of Bath, it is a haven of peace and tranquillity.
The interior of the apartment marries style with comfort. The intention is that it feels like a home from home and I endeavour to anticipate my guests’ every need.

DOGS
Although dogs are more than welcome, the apartment is deep cleaned after they stay to ensure no trace is left for the next guests.
The apartment is especially suitable for dogs as the apartment is situated at the end of the Crescent which is a cul-de-sac (a no through road) so there is no passing traffic. On the other side of the road -literally a few steps - is a huge open green, perfect for exercising your dog(s). The river path runs alongside the green - turn left to go to the city centre or go right you can go all the way to Bristol if you're feeling energetic. You are also within striking distance of Royal Victoria Park.
I welcome up to two of your furry family members, if pre-booked, and charge £25 per stay. (We cannot host any dog that has not been pre-booked).
Dogs should not be left alone in the flat. Bath is very dog friendly so taking them out & about with you shouldn’t be a problem.
I reserve the right to charge you for any additional damage caused by dogs or other extra costs incurred.
Guest access

Other things to note
There are two short flights of stairs to the apartment and the shower is over the bath so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
There is no on street parking for visitors so, if driving, you will need to use a car park {the one in Charlotte Street is only moments away). You can park directly opposite the apartment briefly whilst you load/unload.
The modern, quiet and efficient central heating boiler is housed in a cupboard in the bedroom. To ensure guests’ safety there is a carbon monoxide alarm and the boiler is serviced and certified regularly.
Unfortunately, for your own safety, you are not allowed to use the front or back balconies. You are of course allowed to use the large green space in front of the flat.
ALLERGIES
Please note that because this is a dog-friendly property , this is not an allergen-free space.
