This area is scenic and easy to get around.
Luxury villa with a garden converted to modern apartments protected under the cultural heritage, original constructed in 1936 and completely renovated in 2019. It is situated in the center of Bled. It offers luxury glamor accomodation for guests that like to get more. It is designed very modern with a good taste, celebrating nature high quality materials, sleepers highly recommended and so it manage to create a cosy boutique apartments, with all the luxuries and warmth of our villa you deserve.

The space
Our villa, situated in a centre. 5 minutes walking distance from the lake, with a large garden and picturesque environment. Specious garden for everyone is only a few stairs away.
- Luxury, elegant and spacious apartment, 55 sq m, available for 2+2 persons, with kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
- It is located on a ground floor, big windows, fully daylight with balcony, view to a garden and mountains, just a few stairs away.

- Floor and furniture are made from high quality materials. Furniture is tailor made. Massive hardwood (natural oak) flooring so sleepers highly recommended.
- Kitchen is made from massive oak in combination with modern style furniture, fully equiped, marble kitchen counter, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator with a freezer, coffee maker, toaster, water heater.
- Dinning table and chairs with bench are also made from the massive nature oak. Modern Sofa double bed in living room exude effortless style, where you just love the idea of transforming with one push your sofa into a cosy double bed with sheet already dressed.
- Latest technology cable Q-LED TV with a wide range of programmes.
- Villa has one modern bedroom and guests can rest on top of the range high rise mattresses TFK quality pocket made from a SLOVENIA BEDS, one bedroom extremely comfortable super king bed. Second bedroom with 2 small single beds. Bedding from high quality EGYPT 100% COTTON. Anti-allergic bedding and anti-allergic pillow on request of guest.
