Beautiful landscape, lovely hosts - just perfect! Valerie and Robert took care of me in what ever I asked or needed. They talked with me, invited me to diner and gave advices to all worth seeing places in this already beautiful rural area. I just felt like home :)

Val was extremely hospitable and went out of her way to help us with transport to and from a wedding for a little extra petrol money. Bed was comfy, breakfast was lovely and was a great stay for what we needed.

A perfect stay in glorious rural Suffolk. Lovely but unpretentious home surrounded by a beautiful flower-filled garden backing onto open fields. Val is a kind host and made us feel truly like family - even offered to pick us up from a nearby barn dance in case we were unfit to drive.....! A lovingly cooked breakfast included local honey and eggs, home-made bread, the vicar's secret recipe marmalade, and an exquisite starter of fresh strawberries and cream! Thank you Val for meeting the very essence of Airbnb, "home from home".

Valerie made me feel very welcome, despite being in the midst of a true car crisis just as I was arriving, her lovely little Rover having just then 'given up the ghost'. She made sure that I was put at ease and knew my way around her home, and went out of her way to make me feel that my comfort was a priority. She has a happy heart and a generous nature, and is clearly committed to her community, all of which I very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom spacious. The photo of Valerie's home does not do justice to her very beautiful property. She is a wonderful and prolific gardener and a gifted landscaper. I very much enjoyed eating the delicious breakfasts she prepared in her lovely sun room surrounded by flowers of many colours. This may not be 4 star accommodation, but Valerie is a 4 star host and I very much enjoyed getting to know her.

Val made me feel very welcome in her home which is in peaceful and beautiful village (the church has an unusual turret tower). There is a danger of oversleeping due to the comfortable bed and tranquil setting! The house is very clean and tidy. Breakfast choice and quality was exceptional. Although my stay was short I will be returning next year.

Valerie is a kind and generous host who made us very much at home in her lovely traditional family home. She made us delicious breakfasts which we ate in her conservatory. Her house is in deep country in a small village, but close to pretty Bungay and an easy drive to both Norwich and the coast. There are lovely views of her garden and countryside from the windows - even a herd of alpacas!

I like to be busy and I enjoy entertaining guests, I like good food, especially home made food, and I enjoy lots of different activities. I love living in this village as it is peaceful and there is always someone i can go and see. I like to work in my garden and read a good book with a glass of wine. Holiday is usually a cruise as it is a great way to travel and visit lots of interesting places. I work with people with learning difficulties, it is especially nice to give pleasure to others, by helping them and their families.
