This quaint little cowboy cottage is perfect for two people. It was originally our son's place but he is married with a baby, so bigger they must build. We are happy to offer this little piece of our heaven for you to enjoy, but please leave your pets at home. No pets allowed. Thank you for respecting our short and simple house rules.

We are located just a short 1.5 miles outside of Utopia. We are nestled right in the middle of two great parks less than 20 miles away. Lost Maples State Park located north of town and Garner State Park located West of town. We have a famous cafe that was featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia that you'll have to try out. Especially their homemade pies.

We are Duane and Tracy Hillis. We moved to Utopia the same year and grew up in the same school. We are high school sweethearts: Been married for 36 years. We raised our family here and love the safe environment Utopia offers. We have two amazing sons who are now married to precious women and making a life for themselves in Utopia. We are so fortunate that they both live close by. Our oldest son has 2 boys and and our youngest has a daughter. We will just say that grand babies are the reward for raising children!! So Much FUN!!
