Hi Daniel, we usually do not reply to our reviews and it is not our intention to contest your opinion. We just would like to explain that, according to current Italian law, it’s our duty to communicate your personal details to the city police headquarter. Since the online procedure to provide your details to the office takes some minutes, we usually ask to take a picture of IDs so that our guests don’t have to wait to have them back (and we delete pictures immediately after your departure).
Also, Italian law has a regulation for the period in which it is possibile to use domestic heating in order to avoid pollution and energy waste: in Lerici it starts from 1/11, so, even if we wanted, we couldn’t switch them on yesterday - and, to be honest, yesterday afternoon we were around 20 degrees, so we thought that three blankets would have been enough.
We are sorry for your troubles with water pressure, it’s the first time we hear that so it has probably been an unlucky coincidence.
