The Village House Airbnb is a private home rental in the heart of the village of Buckfield, Maine, a small New England town that sits on the Nezinscot River. This listing has been refurbished with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. 15 minutes from Nezinscot Farm, Celebration Barn Theater and Historic Paris Hill. Conveniently located near Tilton's Market, Post Office, High School and more. We welcome guests with a completed profile, photo, verifications and a good review on Airbnb.

The space
Originally ‘The Priest House’, parts of the home date back close to 100 years. Guests feel the pulse of a New England community while maintaining a feeling of coziness and privacy. There are two bedrooms and a loft which can be used as a bedroom to accommodate up to 5 guests. Please note that the home does not have central air conditioning but we have a large window air conditioner in the kitchen that cools the lower floor. The upstairs master bedroom has a window air conditioner during the summer season. There are two large ceiling fans in the loft area and in the living room area as well.

I'm a professional juggler, touring artist, writer and producer who loves to travel and escape into nature. My partner, Andrea, who is originally from Prague, Czech Republic, is a woman of many talents who loves nature and the arts. We make our home together here in rural Maine. We enjoy being Airbnb hosts, welcoming guests from all around the world! When we travel, we prefer to stay away from the touristy places and hang out with the locals, discovering hidden places and having authentic experiences. We have a gentle old kitty (15 years old) who's name is Micky.
