We love that our condo is on the top floor, 4th floor in a all cement building, quiet, corner unit. We have a elevator. Nice ocean and mountain view.
A split air system means each room has a remote to control the coolness of each room, ( most condo do not offer this) This is great if you want to close your doors and windows and your neighbors can't hear you, if you have fussy kids and or staying up late.
Great location, walking distance to beach and all amenities, quiet top floor corner unit, about 4 doors down from elevator, we have a handicap load and unload spot right by the elevator, but after loading or unloading you must go park in your assigned spot. So it is available to all handicapped patrons. All concrete building, Air conditioning in all rooms. Fantastic pool/hot tub/BBQ area, 1 master suite and another bed broom with a separate bathroom, newer appliances, complete kitchen, all beach gear, children amenities.
1 master suite with in suite bath, can be set up as a King OR two twins & shower/bath.
Second bedroom has a queen bed.
We just remodeled the back bathroom so it is now separate from the back bedroom. You enter the bath through the Laundry area. Please check out pictures.
We just purchased a Sleeper sofa , with a memory foam mattress.
and a extra Tri fold mattress ( twin size)

Child pak'n'play, a child's cot, highchairs, safety gate & toys, wagon to carry beach gear. Smart TV in living room, a flat screen with a new Blu ray player in front bedroom, the back bedroom with queen bed does not have a tv.
We also have cable/internet, Blu ray players, stereo, printer, massage chair, washer/dryer, designated parking. Elevator
Short walks to all amenities, fully stocked kitchen, laundry/dishwasher/bath with some soaps provided, all beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, towels, snorkel sets, boogie boards, cooler, sand toys) provided. Local contact/help available if needed.
You can check yourself in or if you prefer We or our manager can check you in. Sometimes We can arrange for a early and/or late checkout for a fee.The sooner you ask for it the easier it is to arrange.
Normal check in is 3:00pm and Check out is 11:00 am.
We can provide tips for local dining, activities and other interests. Personal service available as desired.
We have great views of the ocean and mountain.
We are centrally located. Walk everywhere-beach, stores, restaurants, bars, city beach park with surf & paddle board rentals, lessons, playground, volley-ball, tennis, basketball & skateboard park.
Our complex has a pool/hot tub/BBQ area are exceptional.
We have a reserved parking spot for our guests.
Renting a car or taking a taxi/ Uber, is what most guests do to get to our condo. There is a public bus stop within 1 block, Kihei Rent A Car is a great local car rental.
We try to accommodate each guest on an individual basis, so we will strive to meet your specific needs. Rate DOES include HI tax of 13.42%.
It DOES NOT include the $150 cleaning fee & a $500 refundable damage deposit.
Our condo is a 2 bed, 2 bath with a small lanai. our condo is approx 750 sq. ft. our complex has a nice pool, hot tub and barbecue area.we are about 4 doors down from the elevator .And if needed there is a handicap load and unload spot by the elevator. So it is available to all handicapped patrons.
Our parking spot is about 4 doors away from that load unload zone/ elevator.
Interaction with guests
We or our manager will check you in if you like. Also we or our manager will be available to help if you have any problems. If you break and or lose something please let us know as soon as possible so we can get it fixed or replaced. Same is true if something in the condo is not working properly, to please call our manager or us to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Mahalo

No smoking in the condo/lanai or in common areas EXCEPT there are designated smoking areas-by pool & back parking.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm till 8:00 am. Please close condo doors and windows if you party late.
No glass (or ceramics, etc) in the pool area. We have plastic wear & paper plates for your use. Please observe all pool rules (no diving, horse play, etc).
We are not allowed to hang wet towels/clothes over the lanai rail.
Hang wet gear over lanai chairs or use the dryer. Park only in designated spot If you have guests visit please have them park in guest parking otherwise you/they may be towed. A second parking spot can be arranged for a fee.
Please when parking, keep your bumper from infringing on the sidewalk . So wheel chairs can navigate the sidewalks safely. We only have a few handicapped parking spots, so they are for load and unload only, they are very close to the elevator. you cannot park in them overnight. Our complex is looking to expand our parking lot to add more spots.
But it means tearing out the back grass area.
