Avocet is a beautiful, spacious 1 bed ground floor apartment. Thoughtfully presented to create a rustic coastal feel to enhance your time by the sea. With original features & modern luxuries it is a real home from home, ideal for a couples escape or for those working away from home. Electric reclining sofa & large smart TV, comfy king size bed, luxury bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Free WIFI & easy on street parking. The beach is less than 2 min walk away & several pubs & restaurants close by

The space
Avocet has a warm and welcoming feel when you enter and the home opens out in front of you down the spacious hallway with original features.

The sitting room has a large bay window letting in lots of light with a comfortable electric reclining sofa, a large smart TV above an oak beamed fireplace and an realistic electric stove.

The bedroom has a king size bed with luxury mattress and bedding, plus plenty of storage for your belongings, a TV and a dressing table.

The luxurious shower room has a bespoke handmade twin basin vanity stand, plus a large shower enclosure with a dual head shower.

The fully equipped kitchen diner has integrated appliances including a washer dryer, dishwasher and under-counter fridge with icebox. There is also a microwave , toaster, induction hob, single oven and a Tassimo coffee machine and a cafeteria for the coffee lovers!

French doors from the kitchen lead out to a pretty courtyard garden which has a table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ. A perfect place to unwind with your morning coffee or an evening drink! It is also a suntrap for those sun worshipers!

Avocet has its own private entrance, free WIFI and on street parking.

Beach chairs, windbreak and even a kite are provided to help you make the most of your time by the beach.

The beach is less than 2 minute walk away, a local convenience store is a few doors away and pub with great views at the end of the road.

A local information guide with tips on where to eat and drink locally and suggested places to visit during your stay is provide before your arrival to help you plan your stay but a hardcopy is also available at Avocet along with various walking maps and leaflets about local attractions etc.

Hi I'm Clare from Suffolk Coastal Escapes. My family and I have a collection of six stylish holiday homes set in Pakefield on the beautiful Suffolk Coast. All of our homes are just a few minutes walk from the stunning beach. We live in Pakefield and are passionate about our local area and what it has to offer. We decided to start hosting to bring together my love of property design, customer service, attention to detail and of course my passion for this unspoilt area of England.
