3 bed/2 bath condo in Willoughby, 1/2 block from the beach. 3rd floor (no elevator). Heat/AC, dishwasher, w/d, and big deck. Linens, bath towels, beach chairs, toys, and towels provided. Quiet family beach, bay water is calm- perfect for children. Close to Norfolk military bases and ODU, EVMS, NSU, Virginia Wesleyan, Hampton University. Approx 25 min from downtown Virginia Beach and Williamsburg.

The space
This is a condo a 1/2 block walk to the beach. It is a top floor condo with no elevator. There is no view of the beach. This is a quiet condo association, no loud music, or large parties. Covered deck with eating space. Fireplace is not available for use.
Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms each have a queen and the 3rd room has two twin beds. There is an twin air mattress available. If using you will need to let us know so we can provide sheets and towels. There is a pack and play with a mattress available, as well as other baby items available at no charge upon request.
No smoking please. The fireplace is not for guest use.
7-eleven is across the street, a couple of restaurant/bars (including fishing pier and rooftop deck restaurant) 5 minutes away. Grocery store, drug store, dollar store 5-10 minutes away.

Guest access
You will have the whole condo to yourself. There are 3 other condos in the building owned by others. There is no common space, except for between the driveways.

Other things to note
*We are cleaning according to CDC guidelines using EPA registered disinfectants, and running an ozone machine between guests for an added layer of protection.
