Francesco was a great host. He was too kind to wait for me when I was two hours late. He also gave me useful information concerning my stay and was always willing to respond promptly to my questions. The studio is placed in a good area. It only takes 5 minutes to reach the metro (line 7) which takes you directly to the centre (Chatelet, Palais Royal etc.). Very close to the Place d’Italie and Gobelins, both interesting places to explore. The neighborhood is quiet with many supermarkets in walking distance from the studio (Dia, Lidl, Monoprix, Carrefour etc.). The studio itself was fine for me. It was clean and accommodating. The stairs was a little bit messy when I arrived. The Internet connection was great, however it was installed a week after my arrival. Of course, Francesco informed me about that on time and gave me the codes to access a public network, which worked ok at least for the essentials. The new Internet connection that I got after the first week was definitely better and really fast. I even got a landline phone with it. The place had the essentials that I needed for a long term stay. The kitchenette was equipped with a fridge, 2 hot plates and sufficient kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. There were also cleaning products available. The bathroom was clean and private, including a shower with hot water 24/7 - the pressure was sometimes low but this was less of a problem for me. The double bed-mattress (mezzanine) was comfortable and warm, although I’d prefer a double duvet instead of a single one. All in all, I think that the studio is cute and convenient and that the photos available on airbnb do not do justice to the place. It is much better. I think that Francesco should focus on small details that make the difference (curtains – preferably window blinds etc.) and definitely change the photos. The price is fine considering that it includes both kitchen and bathroom – most Parisian studios don’t. What I generally disliked was listening to the activities of the neighbors, but sometimes this can get amusing notably when it comes to singing – an undiscovered talent was living next door!!! Finally, I recommend the place to anyone who wishes to visit Paris and, yes, Francesco is a pretty cool guy, reliable, understanding and a very pleasant person to deal with. I would stay there again.

Francesco's place was exactly what I was looking for! As a solo traveler who spent most of my time out and about and just needed a place to sleep and leave my luggage, I appreciated his apartment for all its amenities. It's in a building with an elevator (this is uncommon in a city like Paris). It has its own shower and toilet (this is rare for a top-floor "attic" apartment which traditionally served as the maids' quarters). Neighbors are friendly and generally quiet (they only speak French). Just be aware that you have to climb a ladder to reach the loft bed. Ideal for solo travelers like myself! I would stay here again!

Francesco is a very nice and lovely person, we had a couple of requests which were resolved in a timely manner. We haven't experienced any troubles neither with check-in nor check-out. The place itself is very cosy and nice, perfect for a week stay for a family of 2. The room itself is in a very secure location, closed by 2 code doors and a nice lock system, so our items were safe while we were out. The district (and its quite important in Paris, mind me) is a very quiet asian neighborhood with a lot of local restaurants and supermarkets with exotic thai-vietnamese food and fruits. Metro is in 3 mins walking distance which is a huge convenience by itself. Next time we're in Paris we are sure to check Francesco's place for booking first!

It was a cosy stay in the Parisian flat. Francesco was very accommodating and helpful with giving instructions. The flat was also very convenient and just around the corner from a metro station.
