A charming, homey and private apartment in a safe and convenient upscale neighborhood about 15 minutes from Richmond. As a guest, you'll be able to enjoy a beautiful yard with gas fire pit and patio. This 900 sq.ft. apartment has tons of storage space and high ceilings - perfect for the long-term stay. The apartment is located in the basement of our home, but the space is completely private with private entrance. We're available for any questions you might have during your time with us.

The space
This apartment has a private entrance that you can access through a keypad in the back yard. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with lots of cabinet space and a pantry, cozy living room with a fire place and satellite TV and coat closet, and bedroom with three large closets. The bathroom has a large shower with a river stone floor, a vanity and plenty of storage for towels and linens. Parking is available on the street. We are bee keepers and our hives are also located in the back of our wooded yard. Our dogs, Gary and Shelby Jean, are friendly and love people.

There are plenty of great options for brews and food! Some of our favorites include Kregger's, Industrial Taphouse, Thai Gourmet, Center of the Universe Brewery, The Local Cup and Sugar Sweet. Our neighborhood clubhouse has been hosting food trucks to support the local restaurants during the pandemic.
