This highly appointed home has numerous upgrades including a gas fireplace in the living room, neutral paint colors and an amazing outdoor living space. Ample cabinets in kitchen, walk in pantry, plus a great island in the kitchen with eating bar.

This home is a 2 Storey home. There are stairs going up to the top level and to the basement - so it is not suited for any guests with mobility issues. The bedrooms are on the top floor and the laundry machines are in the basement.

Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, closets, night tables, luggage racks and shelves or drawers for extra storage. This home is stocked with ample linens, extra blankets, pillows, towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, hangers, iron, ironing board, laundry supplies and nice decorative accessories to make you feel right at home.

There is a pack n’ playard available at no extra charge, you just have to mention it before your arrival day. Please bring your own baby blankets/bedding. We do not provide those bedding items as babies tend to be quite sensitive and prefer their own bedding/laundry scents.

In addition to the 2 queen beds onm the top floor, there are 2 sofa beds and 1 double bed in the basement.

This home has a great floorplan that offers plenty of space for travellers with 3 living rooms and an amazing 3.5 bathrooms!

Single attached insulated garage - park one vehicle indoors and a second on the driveway. All other parking will be first come first serve on the street.

Relax in the serene fully fenced back yard that is fully maintained with grass and trees and a raised deck with a gazebo and BBQ just off the kitchen.

5 Large appliances (Fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer) plus an assortment of small appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen has a full stock of dishes, cutlery, glassware, serving dishes and a starter supply of your basic spices and cooking oil.

Sherwood Park is a large hamlet in Alberta, Canada within Strathcona County that is recognized as an urban service area. It is located adjacent to the City of Edmonton's eastern boundary, generally south of Highway 16 (Yellowhead Trail), west of Highway 21 and north of Highway 630 (Wye Road). Other portions of Sherwood Park extend beyond Yellowhead Trail and Wye Road, while Anthony Henday Drive (Highway 216) separates Refinery Row to the west from the balance of the hamlet to the east.

Sherwood Park was established in 1955 on farmland of the Smeltzer family, east of Edmonton. With a population of 70,618 in 2016, Sherwood Park has enough people to be Alberta's seventh largest city, but it retains the status of a hamlet.
