Lyde Cottage, is a 3 bedroom open plan, fully accessible holiday let. It is situated in the heart of a working farm in the beautiful village of Wilton near Marlborough. The Cottage is sat in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where the Pewsey Vale meets the North Wessex Downs. The Farm is criss-crossed with footpaths, bridleways and open grass pastures so hiking, running, riding and picnicking are easy to come by, as well as home to Ponies, pigs, alpacas and other farmyard animals.

The space
Inside Lyde Cottage, there are two entrances, a single door into the hall, a room designed for wet wellies, coats and dogs to be left to dry out, or the big double doors take you into the living room which can be opened up in the summer to bring the outside inside.

The kitchen, dining area and living room are open-plan from floor to ceiling. There is wet-room / bathroom with a shower which is all kitted out to be fully accessible, as well as a separate loo. The utility room houses the washer/drier and additional linen. A twin room and a super-king bedroom are also situated on the ground floor. There are remote controls to open the Velux windows and blinds from the living room as well as Free View TV and Wi-Fi. There is underfloor heating on the ground level controlled on a thermostat in every room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine twin bedroom and en-suite bath and loo.

Outside, there is off road parking for 2 cars, a small landscaped garden and a bbq area.

Other things to note
Lyde Cottage comes prepared for the arrival of younger children, we have a permanently attached retractable stair gate at the bottom of the stairs. The ground floor is all on one level so no steps for younger ones to fall down. A high chair, travel cot and changing mat can all be provided free of charge on request.
