This small, 420 friendly, 5 acre farm is surrounded by many fishing lakes,
An hour and a half to the gulf coast and an hour and a half to the Atlantic.
We are 4 miles from downtown Avon park,
Downtown Sebring is 12 miles south
Sebring raceway is 15 miles south east
Legoland is 29 miles north
Disneyland is 57 miles north

The space
The cottage is located on the same property as our home, our guests have a patio, fire pit, and grill they are welcome to use anytime. Bring your favorite fishing pole and bait because there is a large pond on the property which guests are welcome to use. If you don't have a pole, we have poles for a $25 refundable deposit.
We have a few fruit trees on the property, along with, sugarcane, and Yucca.
We are constantly making upgrades to the property so we appreciate all and any suggestions you have to make this the perfect getaway.
If drinking, we offer rides free of charge.

Guests have their own parking and private entrance. The outdoor sitting area is a common area for other guests as well
