Duplex apartment unit 3 bedroom, Kitchen, Living room , 2 bathrooms, balconies, and a beautiful backyard shared with owner. Duplex unit is on beach side of Padre Blvd, one block away from beach. Unit is available for long term stays at least 30 days during the winter months. Unit is convenienly located to restaurants, shops, police and fire stations, gas station and grocery store. The duplex unit has driveway parking for 4 vehicles and an outdoor shower.

The duplex unit has back and front balconies on the second floor. The backyard and the bbq pit is available to unit guests.
