Perfect for couple or small family Getaway! Country Decor w/Rsvd Parking. Quiet Neighborhood, located 1mi from Downtown Boiling Springs & Gardner Webb University. Short walk to restaurants.

Main bedroom is fitted w/a Queen Memory Foam mattress. The 2nd berthing area is a LOFT, w/a FULL foam mattress, and built to sleep children, but could adequately sleep teens/young adults if needed (not rec'd for sr adults, someone w/phys. disabilities or young children due to need to climb ladder.

This is a private cabin with its own entrance, kitchenette, shower, AC & Heat, etc with free cable, WiFi and basic amenities. Free designated parking.

Note: Upon arrival, a digital code to access cabin will be given to enter cabin.

SLEEPING QUARTERS -

The cabin is set up to accommodate a couple - or small family, with 2 children. PLEASE GET PRE-APPROVAL IF SPACE IS NEEDED FOR MORE THAN 2 ADULTS.

PLEASE NOTE: The Main sleeping area has a very comfortable Queen Memory foam mattress.

The Second sleeping area is a "Semi-Private LOFT" located above the main sleeping area. This is great berthing for 2-3 Kids - but not recommended for anyone that may have a hardship to climbing stairs or small ladder. (SR Adults or adults with physical limitations)

The Loft is fitted with a Full size Foam mattress...

Of course the couch can be used as a sleeping spot if needed!

PET FRIENDLY POLICY - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

A. Pets staying in the Cabin MUST be PRE-APPROVED prior to booking.

B. Additional pet cleaning CHARGES: A $35.00 one time charge per pet will be added per stay. (This is a One time charge only - NOT per night.)

C. Owners must agree to follow house rules regarding PETS, acknowledging having read fully, and agree to follow as stated prior to booking - including the following:

a. The understanding and agreement that owners will be asked to cover any cost to repair all pet damages if incurred.

b. No pets should be allowed to stay or be left alone or unattended in the cabin without being in a kennel.

c. Pets should NEVER be allowed to be on furniture without proper covering -- and

d. Pets are to NEVER NEVER NEVER to be allowed on the beds! Owners who allow pets on bed WILL incur additional $50 additional cleaning fees!

e. Owners are also asked (as a courtesy) to clean up after a pet makes a visit to the "outdoor facilities" when necessary...and all waste disposed of properly.

f. Unruly or aggressive pets could lead to a cabin guest(s) to be asked to leave without refund.

g. ALL pets should be up to date on all vaccinations, and owners must disclose any concern regarding their pets to host. (Please note and keep in mind that there are other pets on the premises (See Notes) , and the occasional grandkids and small children.)
