Ideally located in the heart of a 15-hectare wooded park, our loft is located in the town of Gassin, 5 km from the center of Saint-Tropez and 1.5 km from the first beaches.
This 35 m2 wooden house designed by the Italian architects of the PAGANO firm is a real cocoon. It consists of an equipped kitchen, cozy living room, bedroom open to the living room and a mezzanine.
PLUS: A 300 m2 garden with its small swimming pool (4 m x 2 m) and its large furnished teak terrace

The space
The loft has all the necessary comforts (equipped Italian kitchen, quality bedding, air conditioning, sunbathing, swimming pool, heated parasol, garden furniture, private parking...)
For your comfort, the 110 square meter exotic wood terrace was redone in January 2020.

We chose large custom-made bay windows that open onto the garden without shutters. If the light bothers you to sleep, you'll find single-use night masks on your pillows.
