Located in a green and quiet area in Nacka close to a small lake, 25 minutes from Stockholm city by bus and 10 minutes walking from a supermarket. Spacious indoor and outdoor, ideal for all travellers and families with kids (toys available in the house) and for working from home with 2 available working desks. Equipped with anything you might need from accommodation during your vacation. You can enjoy the big terrasse around the house. Parking on-premises, Netflix, Coffee machine, BBQ grill.
The space
The house has two floors. The top floor from where you enter the house, has a kitchen, living room with an available projector and Netflix and a bathroom.
The bottom floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
-The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a closet.
-The kids' room has a single bed, a small closet and drawers for clothes. Of course lots of toys and books.
-The guest room has a hybrid bed that can be used as a single or double bed. In the guest room, there is also a TV with local channels and Netflix, a working desk, an anatomic chair and a monitor.
-There is also a common space between the rooms where there is another working desk with height adjustment, an anatomic chair and 2 monitors.
The bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine and dryer.
There is also a big space outdoors with a patio, furniture to sit for coffee or dinner/lunch and a bbq if you feel like grilling. There is also an awning in case there is too much sun. :)
From the backyard, you can walk the downhill to access the lake in 1 min and you can definitely swim if you like the water temperature!
We also have a trampoline in our association that can be used by our guests. Please do not wear shoes when you are in the trampolin.

You will be able to access all the house except one closet.

Where you’ll be
Nacka, Stockholms län, Sweden
Located in the green and quite Nacka, you will get a feeling of leaving in the forest. Walk 15 minutes to reach Nyckelviken park or 10 minutes to reach Erktorps centrum for a small hub of stores, supermarkets, and a wonderful cafe/pastry (Gateau). Up for a swim? Walk 5 minutes to reach Bastusjön lake!
