Maison Bons Jours is a very old, semi-buried building, whose stone walls, more than a metre thick, naturally keep the rooms cool.

GROUND FLOOR (not air-conditioned)

Room #1 Khaki:
Bed with bedding 160 X 200. Bathroom with toilet and shower.
Bedroom N°2 Tarracotta:
Bed with bedding 160 X 200.
Bedroom N°3 Dorm:
4 beds with 90 X 200 bedding ( including 1 bunk bed recommended for children)

Bed linen (mattress protector, fitted sheet and duvet provided)
The beds will be made upon your arrival.
PROVIDE towels ( rental possible on request €10/person) , kitchen towels and bath linens for the pool ( not provided by the owners)

Bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double sink.

Laundry room: WC, sink and washing machine. First aid kit available, cleaning supplies.

FIRST FLOOR

Large renovated living room of about 70m2 , typical and friendly including:
* air conditioning (from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.)
* kitchen equipped with an eating island (filter coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, oven and microwave)
* farm table + Tolix benches and chairs
* living area: 2 sofas, TV, Wifi access
* double-sided central wood burning stove ( a few logs are provided )
* INFO area to prepare for your stay
* showcase of local products

This room gives access to a large covered terrace of about 35m2, with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and swimming pool.
A plancha for 8 people is available for your use.

Pool (10 x 5 ) private at the accommodation (May to the end of September depending on the weather) and secured by a regulatory fence

CLEANING

Tenants must leave the premises as clean as they found them on arrival. (bins must be emptied, linen gathered; appliances, dishes clean and tidy, floors on both floors vacuumed and cleaned).
In the absence of the return of the accommodation in perfect condition of cleanliness, the Lessee undertakes to take at its expense the cleaning that the Lessor will be obliged to carry out at the rate of €150 per week.
A security deposit of €1000 will be requested and returned 15 days maximum after your departure date.


The house rules of Maison Bons Jours will be given to you on arrival or by email at your request when you book.

The house of owners Fred and Virginia is nearby but not opposite the rental and swimming pool.
