Welcome to 55 Park Drive in Richibucto N.B. SCREEN GAZEBO FOR 2020!
This cute waterfront cottage is 4 steps down to the Beach and will have all you need for a great summer vacation. Located within a few minutes drive of all amenities. Centrally located to visit all of Southeast New Brunswick's top tourist destinations. Recently renovated with all new furniture and beautiful décor with everything you will need need while you watch the sunrise over the water and enjoy campfires under the stars.

The space
The cottage has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with queen bed on main floor. Bedroom 2 is on the 2nd floor in loft at top of stairs with a double bed and 3rd bedroom on 2nd floor off the loft with Queen Bed. The Cottage has a new mini-split installed with full A/C on main floor. If upstairs needs additional cooling a seperate portable A/C unit is located in the loft (just be sure to place hose in window for hot air release. Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the utensils you'll need, BBQ utensils located in drawer. Full bath with washer and dryer, spacious patio off of living room with sofa and chair and large shade umbrella, 2nd upper deck on backside of garage accessible from main patio with a great upper view of the river beach. Off the kitchen large dinette with great view and in the corner a small sofa chair to sneak in a little reading with your morning coffee.

Cottage located alongside Jardine Municipal Park, on the Richibucto River with a beautiful sandy beach located directly in front of cottage. Short drive to Kouchibouguac Park, Pays de la Sogouine, Richibucto Dunes, Shediac Parlee Beach and many other great tourist spots.
