Eat-in kitchen with a bar area & island, outdoor dining with BBQ as well as an indoor dining room, great room with double height ceilings, and a 75’’ smart TV. First-floor master bedroom & ensuite bath; three spacious bedrooms on the second floor.

Separate guest house Murphy queen bed, in-suite full bathroom. Foosball and other games on the first floor and a private office on the second. Heated saltwater pool & hot tub.
