1BHK - Bed Room, Hall and Kitchen with Bathroom.
Flat is not shared with other Guests/Host.
Modular Kitchen is fully equipped with Chimney, Refrigerator, Stove, LPG Supply, Basic Cookwares like Pressure Cooker, Pan, Tawa, Ever Silver utensils, spatula etc.
No water purifier, instead 20L RO Water CAN with dispenser is provided. Guests are responsible for refills by order and pay directly to vendors. First Water Can is complimentary.
Please note, there will be NO Non-stick cookwares, Mixer, Grinder, Microwave Oven, Oven.
Bathroom - has Geyser installed. Guests are expected to switch off after the use to save electricity.
Living Hall is furnished with a Smart TV with internet connection . Netflix, PrimeVideo, Zee5, Disney Hotstar - can be played directly with Guests personal account or can be casted from Mobile phone. - Personal account details will be wiped out at the time of check out by resetting account details.
High Speed Broadband Internet Connection with Wi-Fi, Working Table and Chairs suitable to work from home. Power backup to provide uninterrupted power supply for 5amps electrical appliances like Fan, Lights, laptop charging and internet router etc.
Bedroom has a Queen Size Cot and Mattress of size 78 x 60 inches. Suitable for 2 adults. Also, furnished with a wardrobe.
Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine is provided. Also provided with Cloth Hanging robes with clips to Dry wet clothes.

General Rules
There would be no housekeeping/maid to maintain the flat during your stay.
There would be no breakfast/lunch/dinner offered by Hosts.
There would be no groceries offered by Hosts.
We will provide Broom, dustpan and mop, we expect our Guests to keep their flat clean and hygiene as how it is provided during check-in.
Initial supplies to clean Toilet and floor is provided as complimentary, further refills are Guests responsible.
Please switch off Electrical appliances like FAN, Lights, TV if not required, or after the use.
DON’T switch off Refrigerator, Wi-Fi router.
Hosts have rights to inspect homes upon prior notice to guests - for LPG safety and audit.
Check-In Time: 3pm to 7pm IST. If you require a late hours check-in, please discuss with Hosts to make special arrangements.
Check-out Time: 8am to 11am IST. If you require an early hours check-out, please discuss with Hosts to make special arrangements.
Communication
Communication between Hosts and Guests are vital for a friendly stay and best experience at both parties.
Hosts would be reaching out over Phone/Messages/in-person once a day optionally to ensure well being of our Guests.
Guests can reach out to Hosts for any kind of assistance required to make their stay more comfortable and pleasant.
If there are any expectations, which are not mentioned in the listing details, Kindly check with Hosts for details and confirm in advance.

Kitchen Rules
We expect Guests are fully aware of safety measures of using LPG, Stove and Pressure Cooker.
DON’T use LPG, Pressure Cooker, if you are not comfortable. Please request in advance if you need a demo in using these appliances.
DON’T leave Kitchen unattended while cooking.
Please clean the cookware after use.
Kindly clean any spillovers and food wastes immediately and keep the Kitchen DRY. If not maintained well, it might attract insects like flies, ants etcs.
Please empty and clean the Refrigerator while checkout.
DON’T mix food wastes and DRY wastes. Kindly use respective dust bins and dispose into respective dust bins at building premises at Ground Floor.
Drinking Water
20L RO water can is offered as a one time complimentary by Host.
Guests will be responsible for refilling by making orders to vendors, who will deliver at the doorstep and collect money directly.
Hosts can facilitate communication with vendors if required.
Living Hall
Please maintain wooden furniture DRY and away from food wastes.
Bedroom
Please DON’T bring in food items, eatables to the bedroom.
Mattress protectors would be in place to safeguard the mattress. Kindly don’t remove this. In case of unexpected stains in the protector/bedsheets, kindly assume responsibility to replace at cost.
Rs. 1000 for Mattress protector, Rs. 750 for Bedsheet and Rs. 250 for a Towel.
Bathroom
DON’T flush sanitary napkins in the toilet. Use the respective dust bin to dispose.
Kindly ensure, there is no water leak in taps at Bathroom, Toilet flush and Wash Basin and Kitchen Sinks.
Immersion Water Heater (if provided)
In cases, where SOLAR water heater provisioned flats, due to weather conditions, if HOT water is not happening, Immersion Water Heater is provided.
We expect Guests are aware of this electrical appliance use. This is not safe for children, Kindly keep it away and out of reach.
Kindly switch it off when not in use.
Iron Box (if provided)
We expect Guests are aware of this electrical appliance use. This is not safe for children, Kindly keep it away and out of reach.

Main Door Key
Main door key would be given to Guests in hand. Please keep it safe and handover in person during checkout. Losing this key would demand us to replace the locking system and Guest would be responsible.
Powerbackup
Power outages are outside of Hosts control. Though this is a very rare scenario, it might be possible monthly Electricity Board Maintenance might cause some hours of outage.
5 AMPs electrical appliances are supported by uninterrupted power supply. for example, FAN, Lights, Wi-Fi Router, Laptop Charging sockets.
During power outages, UPS would indicate a single light after a beep sound, in such cases, we would appreciate using electrical appliances conservatively, though this is a rare scenario.
Internet
We have provided best in class Internet Service with a high speed internet plan.
If there is any outage at Internet Service Provider, it would be outside of our control, we will make necessary support calls to get the service restored at the earliest. Though this is a very rare scenario, we want to make sure our Guests are well informed about it.
No Smoking, No Alcohol. No Partying
Please DON’T Smoke inside the flat and building premises. It is strictly not allowed.
