You will have sole use of the 1st floor of a spacious, stylish townhouse built in 1854. You will have everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. The townhouse is perfectly situated at the quieter end of the main street in Troon which has many restaurants, shops and bars. The beach, Town Hall, swimming pool and Troon Junior's football park are all within a 5 minute walk.
We do offer free parking with height restrictions (check with host).

The Townhouse has been recently decorated with a stylish modern feel, having everything you need for modern day living eg 50 inch smart TV, Netflix, fibre broadband & Alexa (including Amazon music)it has also been given some unique design touches. There are 2 beautifully designed bedrooms that have comfortable modern beds with plush quality bedding, there is also a tv with virgin tv and Netflix in the master bedroom. The large bathroom has an extra deep bath with bath caddy and newly designed shower cubicle with leg shaving shelf. The lounge has comfortable, stylish furniture, large tv with firestick, echo dot and dining area. The recently renovated full size kitchen has everything you could possibly need including dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Exclusive use of the roof terrace with garden, seating/dining area and partial sea views.
Rest assured that the accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival, our guests safety is a priority.
