If you're looking for a true Chicago neighborhood experience, look no further! I have an apartment available in East Pilsen, a diverse neighborhood near downtown Chicago. The neighborhood is thriving with city life and the beautiful murals that bleed from its walls are a testament to its pulse. The apartment is situated just two blocks west of the arts district and a short walk from UIC, and downtown is conveniently located just 2 miles away. In addition, Chinatown, Greektown, and Little Italy are also nearby. It's fun to experience these neighborhoods on a bike ride and there is a Divvy bike station located on the next block. Access to the train or bus is undemanding. However, if you prefer to be driven, Uber’s are readily available.
The apartment has a kitchen and dinning area. Wireless internet and Netflix available on the flat screen. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
Plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance. During the warmer months, a farmer's market is located just around the corner and on every 2nd Friday of the month, the art galleries in the neighborhood host an open house. It's a great place to catch some local theater, art, and dance. In addition, the various block parties and festivals are also city celebrations not to be missed.
This is a two bedroom apartment. However, I will not be there during this time and you’ll have the apartment all to yourself.
The # 18 18th street bus is located a block away and the #8 Halsted bus is located 2 blocks away. Both bus will connect you easily to the metro.
