Fully renovated house. A few minutes walk from Playa de Poniente. Modern, current and open kitchen.

The space
The house has been completely renovated. It has a spacious living room-kitchen-dining room and a corner balcony around the entire kitchen and dining room. In the living area there is a queen size sofa bed of 122. The main room has a built-in closet, double bed, and private full bathroom. The second room has two twin beds . Full second bathroom.

Newly installed elevator. It's a fourth floor. The entire apartment, except for the double room, is outside. All rooms including the double bed are very bright. The entire lounge area is surrounded by an outdoor balcony. In addition, the rooms have a small balcony

We have a crib and a highchair available. Advance notice

We are two brothers who will be available at all times and who also live near the apartment

The apartment is in the Laviada neighborhood, right next to downtown Gijón and with many amenities. It has supermarkets near the apartment.

Elevator newly installed. It's a fourth floor. The entire apartment, except for the double room, is outside.

Walking to downtown there's 10 minutes. Poniente Beach is an 8-minute walk away and San Lorenzo Beach is a 15-minute walk away. Very close to both stations: 4 minutes bus, and 7 minutes to the train.

No smoking allowed in the house, pets are not allowed. Parties are prohibited. It is mandatory to comply with the coexistence regulations of the community of neighbors. Affordable parking option nearby. Also free street parking option

In case of reservations whose duration is more than 15 days, the supplies included( heating, water and electricity) will be a maximum of 150 euros per month.

It is essential to inform R2R Consulting with the details of all the guests for their subsequent sending to the Police, according to the regulations, if you do not send the data you will not be able to access the house.

Reservations made on Airbnb do not require a deposit of deposit.
