Luxury villa 5 meters from the best beach all over Chalkidiki which is characterized by esmerald crystal waters!!! Breathtaking view from the balcony. Kalogria is a sandy beach, located 7km from the pisturesque village of Nikiti, on the way to Neos Marmaras. This paradise villa is located in a family plot (shared by 2 other houses) with a beautiful garden, full of colourfull flowers and olive trees. A barbeque place is also situated at the patio. Near to the famous beach bar Mango!

The space
The house has two floors. The full equipped kitchen, a bathroom and the living room are located in the first floor. The master bedroom and the other two sleeping rooms are located in the ground floor.
In the master bedroom, the second bedroom and the kitchen there are eco-friendly ventilators which can be used on hot days and nights. Also in the living room there are both ventilator and air-condition.
Two bedrooms have brand new air-conditions for a great stay!
In front of the house there is a balcony, a kind of open-air living room with breathtaking view.
The house is ideal for familys with kids and children!!
The kids can run and play in the whole and safe garden which is 2000 square meters!!
The sea is human friendly, not too deep, especially suitable for children!!
In the balcony behind the house there are an external shower, a barbeque place and a wc.
You can use the common facilities, the garden wc and walk around the 2 square miles garden.
Special place for doggy lovers, there are 3 friendly and adorable dogs in the garden so you can't take your pet with you!!

The area is quite and family friendly, though very close to Nikiti and Marmaras villages where all bars, clubs and nightlife are situated!
The beach in front of the house offers the possibility of watersports, beach bar, sun beds and a restaurant.
The area is famous for fresh fish, bio-vegetables and generally good food.
There are possibilities of private daily cruises either from the village of Vourvourou (20km away) or from Lagomandra beach hotel (10km away)
Strongly recommended!!
The house is situated near Nikiti village where there are Supermarkets, Bakeries, Fishmarkets, Butcher shops, Restaurants, Taverns, Bars, Pharmacies and everything someone might wish.
