Welcome to homey duplex apartments with split aircon@2bedrooms with free WiFi up to 200mbps, free parking inside gated premises &smart tv. Bedroom 1: balcony view, king &single bed. Bedroom 2: king bed. Mineral water is not free. Ground floor: living room, dining, kitchenette& bathroom w/hot &cold shower-pls wait 2-5min 4 hot water. Electric usage of 300KwH is free during per month stay. Any excess is charge P15 per kWh or the current Meralco rate to be paid prior check out. Thank you

The space
Fully furnished two storey apartment. Located in a quiet place where you can relax, chill and spend time with family, relatives and friends during your homestay. Best area for working professionals as well. Use of basketball court with wall fans, solar lights, chairs & tables for events limited to 50pax from 8am to 4pm for a 5k fee, pls message me or inform my brother Jimmy, payment first prior the event. With free ample parking spaces is available inside premises. Hair dryer is upon request and must be put in safe place not inside bathroom for electrical safety purposes. Prices varies depends on room/s required and subject to price changes as per number of guests. We also offer long term rental to two(2) duplex apartments. Neighbourhood highlights

We have a friendly supportive neighbourhood. Since, this is a gated compound premises, my elderly parents live in the nearby bungalow 30ft away from the duplex apartment. Both are friendly, helpful, prayerful and supportive to our guests when needed.
