Hi, this is Annie. Welcome to the Green Suite. We're proud to provide you a professional cleaned, architect-renovated stylish sunny 2 BR with hotel-grade amenities. Has everything you need for a get-away or business trip. This apartment is on the 3rd floor, it’s 1 of 5 units in a historic townhouse, located in the heritage Powelton Village neighborhood, safe, tranquil, close to everything University City has to offer.
Please take time to read the house rules and amenities below. This place is ideal for students, parents and friends visiting Dexel and Upenn; professionals traveling around or attending trade shows (10min to PA convention center); candidates taking USMLE tests; visiting scholars, doctors and nurses for the universities, CHOP and HUP... We provide weekly or monthly discounts for long term stay.
We have quiet, clean and polite neighbors and they expect the same from us. This place is NOT suitable for party animals, smokers or people just looking for a place to have FUN.
