Located on the 5th floor, without elevator, in 1 beautiful building. This charming Parisian apartment, facing south, receives the sun all day. Very bright and soothing, overlooking 1 adorable balcony. Windows with double glazing make the apartment soft and warm . 3 rooms transformed into 2 p with 1 fully equipped American kitchen. Bathroom accessible through the bedroom. Independent toilet. answers all questions by email. 1 person will be there, for the operation of the apartment.
