In the heart of nature, about 2 km from the city center of Crest and its medieval tower, beautiful independent eco-house, quiet, bright, completely refurbished in an old stone farmhouse, in the heart of 7 ha of nature and NEW a swimming pool to cool off.
We live there, a second cottage as well.

The space
Our goal is for you to choose a place that suits you so that you have a good stay, you will find here a certain amount of information: if you have any doubt or need clarification, we can answer your questions.

The eco-friendly and healthy materials used for the renovation make us immediately feel good there. Here no PVC, only natural products with no toxic emissions.
ON the ground floor: Functional and simple equipped kitchen (fridge, stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, organic cleaning pdts etc...), living room with book and games, and wc...
Upstairs: bedroom (new bedding, quality in 160 + one BED IN 90), wardrobe, office area and shower room. Wood, stones, beautiful, homemade.
Private garden with a beautiful view, table and chairs and lounge chairs for relaxing.
Here the water is heated by the sun (solar hot water),and the central heating is wood pellets.
The sofa downstairs can be used as a bed for a child, if necessary. Note that the cottage is not suitable for a child between 1 and 6 years old, because there is no gate to the stairs and an overhead window.
. Not suitable for toddlers (1 year to 6 years). INFANTS WELCOME.
Dedicated private parking on site in the opposite direction along the road/access cul-de-sac.
Attention, spiral staircase a little steep in the accommodation for bedroom access + bathroom (see photos).
Swimming pool accessible 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., shared with us and the second cottage, it is lower down the path in the meadows. Surface 10 m2 depth 1, 5 meters. Swimming under your responsibility.
We have fiber and WiFi in the cottage, as well as an ethernet socket.
The cottage is located in our organic farm, the road is a dead end, so rather quiet.
You are in the middle of nature a short walk to town and all services.
Start of hikes on foot from the cottage in the small valley and its river in the background in which the house is located and towards the hills and Roche Colombe. No TV but nature. A booklet helps you discover it according to the seasons, as well as all the good local places.
Come and discover the famous Biovallée on the banks of the Drome, beautiful wild river suitable for swimming!
Farmers' markets and organic and local products in Crest. Come and enjoy yourself with healthy and tasty products! And experience a zero-waste vacation!
At the foot of Vercors, swimming in the Drome river, open-air municipal swimming pool, cinema, Saou forest, and perched village of the Drome. A greenway passes along the nearby Drôme for the bike. Ramières Nature Reserve on one of the last rivers in its natural bed (beavers etc...)
Many festivals (Crest Jazz Vocal) and concerts year round.
To reduce greenhouse gas emits, you can come by train + bike, arrive at Crest station 2.5 km, we can if we are there and available to pick you up (to see with us).
No parties, no filming, any occupancy other than holiday accommodation no smoking. We already have animals, two cats, beehives and sheep, a few deer in the fields, that's why animals are not allowed... thank you!
