Our Tiny House is just that. A bespoke made tiny home for two that has been custom built to fit the space with seating and small amount of storage. A tiny bathroom includes a modern composting toilet and small shower with hot water. Basic cooking facilities are provided from a mini oven or why not use the fire pit and bbq outside instead. The sleeping area is accessed via a ladder and is in the apex of the roof and has a double mattress and soft bedding with a window to enjoy the sunrise.

The space
The Tiny House is located on our working farm 3 miles outside Whitley Bay in a little pocket of countryside overlooking Holywell Dene. You may have cattle or ponies grazing in the field next to you as you enjoy a drink around the fire pit. If you want to get away from it all for a night but still have local amenities this is the place for you.

There is small kitchen area with a mini oven perfect for breakfast the next day. All cookware, plates, glasses and cutlery are provided. A standard fridge with small freezer compartment is perfect for the ice for your g&t's.

Guests must be able to access the sleeping deck which is access via a ladder as this is the only sleeping area. Soft quality bedding and towels are provided so all no need to bring your own.

There are board games, books and cards are for you to enjoy or why not bring your favourite book. There is a small TV installed with a selection of channels but due to our location not all are available. We have chosen not to install Wifi as we want you to relax but we are in a 4G area which you will be able to pick up on your own devices if those emails cant wait.

Outdoor seating with lights, fire pit and tripod bbq are all provided for you to enjoy.

Unfortunately due to livestock in the adjacent field, dogs are not permitted.

Other things to note
A car is necessary due to the location of the farm as there are no local public transport links.
