The space
The house, semi-detached, is located on the shores of Lake Vieux Boucau. The city center (mall, market, arenas) is a 5-minute walk! The bike path is one minute away to discover the Landes forest or reach Soustons or Seignosse by bike!

The house is small but renovated in 2024 and designed to be practical (well-equipped kitchen), storage, large terrace with large garden table, barbecue! In summer we live outside!

3 bedrooms:
- 1 on the ground floor for 2 people (bed 140 x 190)
- 1 on the 1st floor attic for 2 people (bed 140 x 190) with a skylight
- 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm bed)

A folding crib + 1 high chair available.

The paddle center is in front of the house, surf spots 5 min away!

Please note: in mid-season, the house can accommodate 6 max because one of the bedrooms has no heating! In summer, 8 max

We are a couple in our thirties with children, we love the Landes and getting away from it all! We have renovated a small house on the shores of the Vieux Boucau lake! Everything has been designed to be practical and above all friendly (large terrace, petanque court in the garden!) I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
