Great apartment. Great location. Good shopping and several restaurants within walking distance. The marina is wonderful and beaches are a car ride away. If you are visiting from the US be sure to bring outlet adaptors to plug in any electronics. Also TV channels are in French if that matters to (URL HIDDEN) was not an issue for me. ;) Lovely studio apartment. I highly recommend.

Staying at Michelle's was very comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed six nights at her place in Marigot. It is exactly as pictured-the view of the sunset each night can be enjoyed right there on the terrace! Make sure to rent a car, as there is no beach within walking distance from this location. It is however very close to the Marina, which has wonderful restaurants and shopping to enjoy. We loved it! Corinne, the contact we had while there, was warm and welcoming, and available when we had questions at first, and met us upon arrival and check out. We definitely recommend staying at Michelle's in Marigot.

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Michelle's condo. Michelle responded to all my questions right away, and once we arrived, there was a lovely concierge who met us when with the keys and was available for all our questions. It's a large space, centrally located in Marigot, very close to many shops and restaurants. The view is stunning and you'll enjoy a gorgeous sunset every night over the bay. It's very safe, with double deadlocks and a gate into the building that closes at night with access only by key. That said, be cautious of your things when out and about. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The free wifi works well. There is no phone in the condo, so having Verizon travel pass so we could use our cells was very helpful. The condo also has booklets with lots of restaurant, beach, and tourist recommendations that we found helpful. There are only two towels per person for the week, which was plenty for us, but if you tend to take a lot of showers or like to have fresh towels more often, you might want to bring one. There is an adapter, if your electronics are from the U.S., but I would bring one with you so you can plug in more than one thing at a time. I would also rent a car for the week - talk to the concierge for a recommendation. We rented from a place called Escale that came and picked us up, took us to the car, and then let us take the car to the airport, and it was a very reasonable price for the week. A car is nice to have so you can get to the various beaches (there is not a beach in walking distance of the condo), restaurants in Grand Case and Philipsburg, kayacking, larger grocery stores, etc. If you're debating between the Dutch and French sides, it depends on what you like. I much prefer the French side because it's more quiet, rustic, and authentic. And the food is amazing (especially in Grand Case). The Dutch side is full of tourists from cruise ships, casinos, big hotels, tourist shops, etc. Compared to the cost of a hotel, Michelle's was much cheaper and very comfortable and convenient. It was nice to be able to wake up and make coffee and breakfast to enjoy on the terrace every morning, instead of having to eat every meal out. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone going to St. Martin!

As our first Airbnb experience it couldn't have gone any better. Michelle was easy to deal with and we had great communication with her Concierge, Isabelle. On our arrival Olivia met us, she is very personable and being our first visit to the Island was helpful in offering us suggestions on the area and was available to us for advice during the trip. The condo is in a Great location just a few minutes walk from french bakeries and restaurants with easy driving access to the Dutch side and the rest of the Island. The condo itself is Very Nice, well equipped, Clean and the Views from the Balcony are amazing. The street out front is busy during the day, which was somewhat entertaining for people watching but is quiet at night and was not an issue for us. Overall we loved the Condo, the location, vibe of the area and would love to stay here again when we return. Thank you Michelle for sharing your Condo!

Lovely place. Very quiet at night. We traveled all over the beautiful island and whenever we would get back home we would say that we were staying at the best place on the whole island. The view was fantastic. Felt like you where living in France. Great place with great host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelle's studio in Marigot! We arrived on Sunday when everything was quiet which was quite peaceful. Olivia arrived on time to greet us and show us into the apartment and assured us the town is not so sleepy normally as it is on Sunday. She showed us what kind of excursions and activities were available around the island which she could help arrange if we were interested. She was available through the entire stay to answer any questions and make arrangements. The internet worked well, so we could remain in contact with Olivia by email easily as our phones did not work in St. Martin. The marina is about 1-2 minute walk from Michelle's place and has many restaurants to choose from. We walked to the Monop for wine, water and cheese which was about 10 minutes away. There are a couple of places to pick up baguette from about 2 minute walk, Sarafina's and Le Divin. After spending a day exploring the town on foot, we had Olivia arrange for a rental car to be dropped off at the apartment for us the following day. The island is small enough to drive to multiple beaches each day and Marigot is a great point to start from with Baie Rouge and Mullet Bay heading west past Sandy Ground and Grande Case, Cul-de-Sac, Anse Marcel, and Orient Beach if you head north. Stop at Friar's bay for a more relaxed beach than Orient or Grand Case. This spot was a perfect home base to explore the island from. In the afternoon we could open the door completely to relax with fresh air from the bay while cooling off in the shade with a beautiful view. If we return to St Martin, we would definitely prefer to stay at Michelle's studio again!
