Guest access
Access is through a separate and lockable gate into the courtyard or through the garage. Seven foot adobe walls provide safety and privacy.

Parking spaces include 1 in the garage, 2 in extra parking for a total of 3 vehicles.

The indoor and outdoor space is yours. This is a historic modern compound and there are two attached casitas with separate entrances which will not interfere with your space and privacy.

The property has been a popular "five-star" home on AirBNB since July of 2017.

In this home, we do not permit any pets.
We highly value our guests and are willing to collaborate with you to provide pet-friendly accommodations for your comfort.

Guests must request approval upfront for mini event. Guests must follow the regulation in Sana fe. Guests must pay Extra fee for mini event’s, depend on the event. Guests need to respect the neighbors around. The max participant must bel follow by the regulation in Santa Fe.

Neighbourhood highlights

The Rosario Hill neighborhood is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Santa Fe. Many Spanish families owned large parcels here through grants by the Spanish King. A diverse residential area, the neighborhood incorporates much older family homes next to renovated beauties such as this historic Downtown Mansion. Across from Arroyo Mascras, the feeling is one of living right by a river with tall and gorgeous elm and queen of paradise trees inhabiting the arroyo.
