House is located approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation. From apartment You can enjoy a nice Sea View while having a meal or just hanging out on the terrace. Micro location is very nice and quiet, excellent for real, deep relaxation.

The space
This Apartment no. 2 is on the 1st floor. Parking is free, just in front of the house or jus a few meters away. It is always available.
House is renovated just a month ago and each apartment has a unique stile "with soul". This one is 1 bedroom with 3 beds and 1 bathroom and kitchen/living room. It is very sweet and provides summer vibe. Additional bed is in living room. Apartment is very cosy and comfortable for 2-3 persons but also 4 people accommodates in it and it suits them. It has new air-condition and latest Smart TV.

You can feel free to use Grill in the back Yard. Also there is a space for leaving some inflatable beach mattresses or similar in the back yard too.
Half of the front terrace is for use and is equipped with comfortable table and chairs for 4 and big parasol.

Micro location is peaceful and You don't need a car for going to different beaches, bar, few restaurants and local shop. If You decide to get some more urban vibe, there are two very nice, modern marinas that provide all charm of boats, sailing etc. while You are dinning or just drinking Your favorite drink . There are several big supermarkets in Novi Vinodolski just 3,5 km away from accommodation and also beach with various facilities... for example for children .
There is a great wellness centre about 4,5 km away. A lot of sports could be practiced in close surrounding (3km- 10 km) like tennis, horse riding, paragliding, bike routs... On the distance of 20 minutes driving to the top of the mountain Krmpote, there are powerful spiritual Heavenly Labyrinths for those who likes something "more".

Hi! ... first of all, thank You for giving me a chance to present myself to You :)... I'm Aleksandra, almost 38 years old and I live in Rijeka but I come to Povile very often. Originally I'm a lawyer and interior designer at the same time in last 10 years... and still have a lot of other interests like sport, dancing and meditating. Also, I'm the main person for communication in our family business with tourism and renting. We are present for 12 years in this "story" and we run it together. Mum, Ana, is always there, in the lowest part of the house and always on service for some help if needed. Father, Ljubo, drives a van for 8 people and can be available for some transports if agreed in advance. Sister, Alenka, lives in Zagreb and does some logistic when needed. Sister and I were raised as 'citizens of the world' and travelin is our soul food. Pesonaly, I traveled almost whole Europe and farthest I've been were USA (Atlanta, New York) and China (Guangzhou) but sister visited almost all continents so far. South America, Tibet and Australia. When we travel, we adore to explore everything, from well known and formal facilities to domestic "secret" customs and places. ..So, if you will become our dear guest, for sure You will meet mum Ana and us others- maybe ;) .
